Hello and welcome to Out and About. So you want to be "In the know" about me and what it's like being a woman in today's modern world? Well follow along my loyal readers and get to know the girl behind the satin and lace. Like so many of you I started out in your heels, but decided to become something so much better and so much more. It's been a long and difficult journey but one that has been deeply fulfilling.
I'm a part time model and performer who has been involved in the Dallas Alternative lifestyle community since 1998. I still perform in several Dallas clubs and still model on a occasion. I have worked with many wonderful photographers such as Sam Lea, and Mike Riley. I have done photo shoots from hardcore BDSM and fetish fashion to sweet and sexy lingerie. Some of the very wonderful women I call friends or that I have worked with include Victoria West, Onyx, Krystall Summers, Maya Douglas, and Edna Jean Robinson. I never did get to loan Maya my chrome corset but I'll get over it someday. I am also the daughter of the delightful and very talented Aspen Taylor.
I'm originally from the west coast so I have just about seen it all. I have traveled to 25 different countries and nearly every state in the U.S. I have lived in places as small as Andover and as big as Manhattan. I lived on 10th if you really want to know. I am Currently working as a Network Administrator for small to midsize companies. I have also gone to three different universities and really enjoy working in the field of technology.
Having worked as and entertainer and model has given me a very unique perspective when it comes to going out and being seen. It has helped me know what's in style and what's not, how to look your absolute best and how to know the difference. I guess you could call me a Cosmo girl but I really love ELLE too.
Each month I will bring you a delightful article on dating and relationships for the modern woman and man. I will be sprinkling them with tips on how to dress to impress and get out there in the real world and what to expect. Being a girl is an incredible amount of fun but it takes hard work and dedication to become a woman.
I would like to personally thank Jon, and Dan for giving me the opportunity to bring you a new feature each month and welcoming me into the URNA family.

A few days ago I went to a girlfriends birthday party. Yes ladies I dined gracefully until the lettuce was caught in my teeth. I drank until my ability to walk in heels was less than seductive.
